Massimo has over 25 years publishing experience in women’s, men’s, luxury and lifestyle magazine segments and was a digital pioneer in his native Italy. With vast management and execution experience of magazines as brands, he has a deep understanding of how magazines can truly and effectively achieve 360˚ reach and audience engagement.In his spare time Massimo is a self-confessed computer geek, bookworm and occasionally likes to strum a six-string.

Parineeta has a vast knowledge of the luxury sector in India having overseen and developed a portfolio of high-end magazines in the travel, wellness and luxury sectors for the last decade. She also has rich experience and success executing luxury events and has also launched award-winning coffee table books across India. Parineeta has also been instrumental in the growth of the company and directs EMM’s strategy of the luxury titles.

Puneet’s area of expertise sees him manage the financial aspects of the company’s operations. When he’s not number-crunching Puneet is a big cricket and sports fan, and a passionate traveler.

When it comes to big brand magazines there aren’t many sectors Simon hasn’t had a deep involvement with, be it in print or engaging users online. Simon has over 25 years experience of magazine media publishing, has launched over 30 titles around the world and has been working and publishing in India for over a decade. A former writer, he still likes to take out his frustrations on the keyboard, enjoys mastering the nuances of Indian cuisine and occasionally finds himself attempting to connect cleanly with a golf ball in large, green spaces.
